ScandiSömn is operated by Dahir Degli Esposti, sole trader (enskild firma), registered in Sweden.

These terms apply to all purchases made through ScandiSömn’s website. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed inclusive of VAT in the currency shown at checkout for the relevant market. ScandiSömn reserves the right to change prices and product offerings without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or sold-out items.

Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout, such as Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna, as well as other methods provided through Shopify Payments. Payments are processed by the respective payment service provider, and ScandiSömn does not store card details.

Age Restriction

There is no specific age restriction for purchasing from ScandiSömn. Minors should have parental consent when making a purchase.

Limitation of Liability

ScandiSömn strives for smooth and timely deliveries but cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from our suppliers or shipping carriers during transit. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in customs, at shipping carriers, or with third-party suppliers. ScandiSömn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from such delays.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to ScandiSömn or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written consent.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, ScandiSömn follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Customers may also turn to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to Terms

ScandiSömn reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published at the time of purchase.
