Shipping Destinations

ScandiSömn ships to customers worldwide.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is approximately 10 days from order placement, but may in some cases be shorter or longer depending on destination, customs, and carrier handling. ScandiSömn does its best to meet stated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may apply at checkout but are in most cases covered by ScandiSömn. Any shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.

Shipping Carriers

The carrier used may vary depending on destination and availability, such as PostNord, DHL, or other carriers. Tracking information is sent to the customer when available.

Customs and Duties

For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, customs and import duties may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delays

ScandiSömn is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as delays at suppliers, carriers, or customs processing.
